INQU’s product is service oriented to provide highly qualified engineering and technical personnel with the right mix of qualifications to deliver a “level of effort” service to their customers. The customer requirements are defined in the subcontracts and prime contracts that INQU services for the United States Department of Defense (DOD), State and Federal Government, Public Corporations, and Non-Profits.
